Hello and welcome to the Clover Ridge Homeowners Association! Clover Ridge Homeowners Association represents the home owners within the Clover Ridge Subdivision. Streets in Clover Ridge include but are not completely inclusive of Cloveridge Dr, Saddlebred Ct, Bridlerun Dr, Meadoway Ct, Summitrun Dr, Sugarcamp Rd, Senour Rd, and Bruce's Trail.

The Association is managed by Towne Properties, under the oversight of your Clover Ridge Board of Directors. Your Board members consist of volunteers, who are members in good standing, in the Association. The association was incorporated in September of 2000, and the goal of the Board is to ensure community standards, assure good stewardship of common spaces, and assist homeowners with questions regarding the neighborhood and greater community.
The Association is responsible for the care of two ponds that straddle Senour Rd, a 5-acre park located within the heart of the neighborhood, street signs, and landscaping and beautification throughout the community.
