2026 Annual Meeting

Dear Clover Ridge Homeowner:

 

Mark your calendars! The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Clover Ridge Community will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams on Monday, October 5th at 6:00 p.m. A link to the meeting will be provided on our website sometime during the week before the meeting.  Review 2025 Minutes here.

 

Your Association needs homeowner interest, involvement, and participation to keep Clover Ridge the community that it is! While the meeting will review community projects and operations throughout 2026, the primary purpose of the meeting will be to elect three homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors for a two-year term. Consider some of the responsibilities of your Board of Directors:

 

1.     Establish the policies and regulations that govern the Association,

2.     Supervise and prescribe the duties of the Managing Agent, 

3.     Approve the Operating Budget and all expenditures made by the Association,

4.     Set the amount of the General and Unit Assessments,

5.     Keep a complete record of the corporate affairs and report to Homeowners,

6.     Maintain the common areas and facilities within budgetary limits.

 

If you are interested in seeking election to your Board of Directors, please fill out the Letter of Interest (self-nomination) form by Monday, September 21st.  

 

A quorum requirement of at least 10 percent of the homeowners must be met either in person or by proxy.   Accordingly, if you are unable to attend this meeting, please complete a Proxy form and return it as indicated no later than 9 a.m on Monday, October 5th. The proxy form will be posted here on or around September 22.  

 

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns you would like to address at the Annual Meeting, please forward those in writing to our office no later than Friday, October 2nd. Questions should be of general interest to the entire community.
