Dear Clover Ridge Homeowner:
Mark your calendars! The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Clover Ridge Community will be held at the Kenton County Public Library – William E. Durr Branch (1992 Walton-Nicholson, Independence, KY 41051) on Monday, October 7th at 6:30 p.m.
Your Association needs homeowner interest, involvement, and participation to keep Clover Ridge the community that it is! While the meeting will review community projects and operations throughout 2024, the primary purpose of the meeting will be to elect three homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors for a two-year term. Consider some of the responsibilities of your Board of Directors:
1. Establish the policies and regulations that govern the Association,
2. Supervise and prescribe the duties of the Managing Agent,
3. Approve the Operating Budget and all expenditures made by the Association,
4. Set the amount of the General and Unit Assessments,
5. Keep a complete record of the corporate affairs and report to Homeowners,
6. Maintain the common areas and facilities within budgetary limits.

PROXY FORM 2024 (PDF) You may return the signed form to Towne Properties or to a Board Member as directed on the form itself. Forms must be returned by close of business on October 4th in order to be valid.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns you would like addressed at the Annual Meeting, please forward those in writing to our office no later than Friday, September 20th. Questions should be of general interest to the entire community. Questions unique to your home will not be addressed at the meeting.
